I want to buy a teddy bear for my friend's new baby, but I have been having trouble finding a bear that is safe for children under three years old. Which companies make the stuffed bears that are safe for babies? I know I have seen them before, but I can't remember where it was, or which company made them. Can anyone tell me what I should look for, or which stores might sell them? If I knew what company it was I could look on the internet to find out where to get them, but I don't even remember that.
