There are schools which offer a masters degree in psychology, and there are places which offer an online masters degree in psychology. Some do not feel that getting a masters in psychology is very helpful, since in most states you have to have a doctoral degree in order to become licensed and practice psychology in each state. There are some jobs, however, such as being a licensed social worker, which do not require a PhD. It is important to research the laws of the state in which you are wanting to work and find out what education is required in order to get the type of job you are interested in.
