Why not let worms eat your organic waste? They are hungry for it and we certainly do not need it in our landfills or sewage water treatment plants. The cost to set up a worm composting troubleshooting bin is minimal. If you feel you need to buy plastic containers it might cost your ten to fifteen dollars. If you want you could even set one up in an old bureau drawer. What you get out of it is a source for one of the richest soil additives known to man. You can use it as potting soil, use it as an additive to your garden soil, or use it as a mulch.
