Have you ever stopped to consider what would happen if the suppliers giving retail stores their inventory did not pay attention to the supply chain planning logistics? It could likely result in dozens of retail stores all running out of items that their supplier failed to keep in stock. Knowing that retail stores all rely on a separate supplier means that they are often at the mercy of their supplier to keep adequate inventory levels. This means letting the supplier know about specials and sales in advance so that adequate inventory can be on stock. A poorly executed logistics plan will result in numerous problems with merchandise out of stock.

Also called a 403(b) plan, a tax shelter annuity plan offers those who participate in it with a means to save for their retirement and protect a portion of their income from taxation at the same time.  An annuity is an investment vehicle similar to an insurance policy.  Unlike Individual Retirement Accounts or 401(k) plans, tax shelter annuities are set for a specific term.

Taxes increase with the increase in your income. The more you earn the more you have to pay to the government. Retirement plans too involve specific rates of taxes that depend on the total income of the retiree. If you have a lump-sum amount in your retirement account your Tax On Retirement Income will naturally be more. Similarly, if you withdraw a huge amount of cash from the bank at a time you have to pay a good amount of tax on that.

Until recent years, share trading only took place on the floor of the New York, Tokyo or London Stock Exchange (there are also regional stock exchanges in different smaller cities plus a few other major stock exchange markets). Point is that access to share trading was only limited to a small group of licensed brokers who were down on the floor taking orders from different clients around the world. But now, with the evolution of the online share trading, you and me can freely trade in real time, all that’s required is a computer with Internet connection and a credit card. Even day share trading is relatively cheap and accessible. As a matter of fact, brokers have also gone online and about 90% of all trading is done over the Internet on computer screens and telephones and the floor of the Stock Exchange is almost deserted.
