I’ve been told the best way for a company to gets its act together is with sigma six. I wonder if we shouldn’t check out six sigma programs as a way of streamlining our operation.
I’ve been surfing the net looking at options for Lean Six Sigma Certification. It’s not cheap, that’s for sure, but the potential cost savings look like they might justify the price.
I know that sigma six has been a big success for many in our industry. Looks to be worth a try.
