I’ve been reading about
Lean Manufacturing Techniques lately. I think it would be a good idea for our company. It could help a great deal with improving our efficiency.
From what I can tell, Lean Manufacturing In the Medical Device Industry would be of such great benefit for us that it would be worth the difficult changes we’d have to make.
I’d much rather improve our efficiency locally than resort to mass layoffs our overseas outsourcing.
I’m sure I’ll have more to say about this down the line.
