The key to maintaining a bullet proof business continuity services operation is to have an equally water tight data storage and retrieval system in place.  The system should automatically back up all your important business data, preferably on a day to day basis.  And in the best case scenario, you should also opt to take your most recent data back up file off of your business premises.  This will insure data continuity if by chance there is a fire, earthquake or other act of God that would otherwise destroy your data back ups that are stored at your place of business.
